About observance matter of park user.
Gongendo Park users must comply with the following rules.
【Saitama Prefecture City Park Ordinance Article 8】(Prohibited act)
- Damage or deface city parks.
- To change the shape of the land.
- Cutting down bamboo trees, collecting plants, or damaging them.
- Capture or kill animals.
- Entering restricted areas.
- Driving or parking a vehicle in a prohibited area.
- Throw away garbage and other filth.
- Other uses contrary to the purpose of the establishment of the city park.

(Acts prohibited in principle. It may be permitted depending on the case. )
- Sale of goods, entertainment and other business activities.
- Fund-raising, signature campaigns, and other similar acts.
- Taking photographs or movies as a business.
- Hold competitions, gatherings, exhibitions, expositions and other similar events.
- Using fireworks, campfires, etc.
- Displaying posters, tags and other advertisements.
【Saitama Prefecture City Park Ordinance Article 12】(Prohibited items determined by the manager)
- To let youe dogs loose.(Walking without a leash is prohibited.)Also, walking on the lawn is prohibited.
(It is prohibited by Article 8 of the Saitama Prefecture Animal Welfare and Management Ordinance.)
- Do not leave the feces of your own animals (dogs, cats, etc.).
- Feeding animals. (Excluding animals you own.)
- Abandoning animals (dogs, cats, birds, etc.).
- Fishing.
- Playing golf. (Including swinging with a golf club.)
- Team practice, such as ball games, without the permission of the park manager. (Except inside paid park facilities)
- The use of musical instruments, loudspeakers, and radio-controlled engines that generate loud sounds.
- Drive slowly on the roads and parking lots in the park.
- Riding a bicycle in the park. (This does not apply if you do not speed and drive slowly through the park in consideration of pedestrians.)
- To monopolize facilities such as playground equipment and pavilions for a long period of time.
- Using skateboards, inline skates, or similar things.
- Install and use hammocks, slacklines, etc.
- Smoking inside the park. (including e-cigarettes)
Matters to be observed by event organizers
- Suppression of droplets (Thorough wearing of masks)
- Thorough hand washing, hand and facility disinfection
- Thorough ventilation
- Avoid crowds among visitors
- Thorough infection prevention measures when eating and drinking
- Infection prevention measures for performers, etc.
- Grasping of participants
- If you are requested by the facility manager to stop using the park or its facilities due to the spread of the new COVID-19 infection, etc., please follow the instructions.
