Here are some frequently asked questions about Prefectural Gongendo Park.
There is no hall.
(It is said that the nearby “Gongen Shrine” is the origin.)
The nominal number is 1,000. It is about 1km.
No.4 Park hosts “the Hydrangea Festival” in June, “the Manjushage Festival” from September to October, and “the Narcissus Festival” in January.
The access to No.4 Park is as below.
In case of train
Take the Tobu Nikko Line bound for “Minamikurihashi” and get off at “Satte Station”.
About 30 minutes on foot (about 2 km).
In case of route bus
Take the bus bound for Gokamachi Yakuba and get off at Gongendo.
Ride time is about 10 minutes.
Fare One way (180 yen)
In case of car
Kuki interchange About 25 minites.
Satte interchange About 10 minites.
The park is open every day except for six days during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Except for the flowering period of cherry blossoms, it is basically free.
Free rentals are available at each park.

It is about 3.5km from the north end of Park No. 1 to the south end of Park No. 4.
There is a “Toge no Chaya” in No.4 Park, which sells homemade bread, food and drink, and local souvenirs.
